Machinery sourcing, removal and installation project for major aerospace component manufacturer in California.
- Machinery consulting service to locate 3 vertical lathes with 70” to 106” turning capacity
- Supervision of the removal, installation and relocation of One
- Olympia V60 from Florida; One Olympia V60 and one Olympia V80 VTL from Ohio
- Onsite and remote troubleshooting diagnostic, machine start-up and commissioning
- OEM Component Repair Service and installation including
- V60 X-axis Ball screws and bearings
- Supply and integration of one new MPG including Fanuc software upgrade and PLC programming
- Supply, installation and integration of Two New EATON 25 HP VFD drives to replace ABB VFD (Obsolete) for Cross rail elevating system on the Olympia V80 and V60
- Co-ordinate Way cover rebuilding service by Hennig Inc.
- Supply & install new Spindle drive that was found defective on start up
- Supply, replace and test table speed encoder (Heidenhain)
