Machinery sourcing, installation & training project completed for a Machine Shop manufacturing large mining and automotive components in Ontario.
The supply and installation project included the following:
- Machinery consulting service to locate 1 late model CNC horizontal turning center with live milling to replace older technology
- Co-ordination of the machine removal, transportation, and installation logistics of one Samsung SL 45MC / 3000 CNC lathe from Alberta to Ontario
- Site preparation including machinery installation, operator training and programming assistance for part process manufacturing
- Installation, training, and application engineering with TAK CNC Ltd.
